Customer Acknowledgement & Agreement
  1. I acknowledge that I have read and understood ZYM Mobile’s following terms for the above Service and hereby agree to subscribe for the Service. Such terms and conditions shall apply upon ZYM Mobile's ("ZYM Mobile") acceptance of my application:
    1. Specific Terms and Conditions;
    2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
    3. General Terms and Conditions of Services;
    4. the relevant Promotion terms (if applicable); and
    5. Viu Premium Service Terms &Conditions.

  3. I agree to pay for the applicable cancellation charges if I cancel my approved application for the Service before receiving ZYM Mobile’s SIM card.
  4. I agree that ZYM Mobile shall be entitled to use or disclose my Personal Data for the purposes as set out in ZYM Mobile’s Data Protection Policy. I understand that I may withdraw such consent based on the procedure as prescribed by ZYM Mobile from time to time.
  5. I confirm that all information given by me in connection with this application is true and correct.

Port - In Services

  1. If I am transferring the service from another mobile service provider to ZYM Mobile ("Port- In"), for the purposes of the Port-In, I consent to the release of all relevant information, including my Personal Data, to the relevant service provider(s).
  2. I acknowledge that I will continue to be responsible for any continuing obligations with my existing mobile service provider until the existing mobile service provider’s agreement is terminated. This includes any issue(s) arising from my request to Port-In, resolving all outstanding charges and applicable termination fees.
  3. I agree that my contract for the Service shall be effective from the date my temporary SIM card is activated, pending Porting-In into the Service.
  4. I agree that whilst ZYM Mobile will use its reasonable endeavours, ZYM Mobile shall not be responsible nor liable for any losses or damages I may incur or sustain arising from any delay or failure of my mobile number Port- In.
ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18 / ZYM 28 Terms & Conditions
  1. The terms & conditions herein supplements and shall be read and construed together with all other terms and conditions (including terms and conditions stated in https://help.zym.sg/hc/en-us/articles/1500012670782-Specific-Terms-and-Conditions applicable to the Customer’s ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18/ ZYM 28 service plan signed-up.
  2. The minimum subscription period of ZYM Mobile services without a contract is 2 months.
ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18 / ZYM 28 Promotion (“Promotion”) Terms & Conditions
  1. The terms & conditions herein supplements and shall be read and construed together with all other terms and conditions applicable to the Customer’s ZYM 18/ ZYM 28 12-Month service plan signed-up under this Promotion.
  2. Free 6 Months Subscription: Promotion is valid from 22 Jan to 31 May 2022, while stocks last. Free gifts are while stocks last. Free 6 Months Subscription for ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18: 12 Months Contract commitment required. Eligible customers can enjoy free subscription from the 7th billing cycle onwards. Monthly subscription will be chargeable at $9.90 for ZYM 9.9 / $18/Month for ZYM 18 from 1st - 6th billing cycle.
  3. All applicable terms and conditions of the Customer’s ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18 / ZYM 28 12-Month service plan, including without limitation all stated early termination/ downgrade charges and cancellation charges as set out in the Customer’s ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18 / ZYM 28 12-Month service plan Terms and Conditions, shall remain unchanged and shall continue to apply in accordance with the terms & conditions therein.

All applicable terms and conditions of the Customer’s ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18 / ZYM 28 24-Month service plan, including without limitation all stated early termination/ downgrade charges and cancellation charges as set out in the Customer’s ZYM 9.9 / ZYM 18 / ZYM 28 12-Month service plan Terms and Conditions, shall remain unchanged and shall continue to apply in accordance with the terms & conditions therein.
