Request of termination can be at any stage of the month, but it has to be by 12pm on the last second day of the month.
The service will be terminated at the end of the month. If the service is terminated before the billing cycle, there would not be any pro-rated refund of all charges when termination is raised. Our billing cycle would be from first to the last day of the month, thus, the last day of usage would be the last day of the month. The final bill will include any excess usage charges incurred during the month of termination. Please fulfill a minimum of 2 issued bills before termination.
Once the service has been terminated, we will not be able to retreive the cancelled number in the future and it will not be available for porting out.
