If you've just signed up for a new number with ZYM Mobile, you might encounter issues when you register for specific apps. It may take some time for your number to be updated in the global database for OTP delivery.

If you encounter issues, we recommend contacting the app itself to report the OTP issue to them. They might be able to alert their third party OTP vendors they have to solve the problem. Some apps may also be able to solve the issue directly.
