Port In Process
How long does it takes for the Port-In?
It will take 2-3 working days to activate the ported number (for successful porting-in).
The activation time frame is subject to approval from the previous service provider and maybe subjected to the daily porting quota.
Port-In would not be available for weekends and public holidays.
For port in request submitted on Monday - Friday before 4pm, the Port-in might occur from 11pm to 4am on the same day.
For port in request submitted on Monday - Friday after 4pm or Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday, the Port-in might occur from 11pm to 4am on the next business day.
