All postpaid mobile customers are able to port-in to ZYM. Please ensure that your existing number is registered under your NRIC/FIN with your telco. Approach your telco to transfer ownership if your number is not registered under your NRIC/FIN. Do ensure your current mobile line is not inactive or suspended and there are no outstanding payments.
If your mobile service has been terminated or suspended before porting over, you will not be able to Por-In and retain the number.
